At the core North Shore Plumbing Group works with builders by completing the plumbing installations on their high-end projects, however, our business vision and purpose is so much more.

We want to make a difference in the construction and plumbing industry by changing people's perceptions of it. This includes the staff's perception of their career, other tradies' perceptions of what it means to be a plumber/tradie as well as the community's perception of the industry and the opportunities it offers.

We have a strong focus on staff development through additional training outside of TAFE as well as recognising staff for their efforts through our awards and recognition programs. We want people to be proud to start an apprenticeship and understand the opportunities they have to build on their careers through a trade. We want to offer our employees more than just a 'job'. We want them to see it as a career where they have opportunities to progress within the business.

We have monthly meetings where we discuss industry news, review the previous month's work, recognise the hard work of the team and award the employee of the month. At the end of the year, we also recognise our staff who have gone above and beyond with prizes and performance incentives.

Recruitment Process

Applications can be submitted online through the form on our website

Once submitted, applications will be reviewed by the management team. Successful online applicants can then expect a phone call from one of the managers. If the candidate is a good fit for the business and the business is a good fit for the candidate then we may proceed with an in-person interview followed by a job offer.

Successful applicants must show a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn. The right attitude is the most important attribute displayed by candidates.
