Our kitchen is centred around an open wood fire grill & oven while the food takes inspiration from the tastes & smells of the Mediterranean and the Middle East. We've always upheld a strong hands-on approach from the ground up, making our own charcuterie & bread in the house.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for chefs of all levels to join the team! Previous experience in hatted restaurants is great but all we ask is that you come to us with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
