New South Homes & Granny Flat Solutions are a multi-award-winning family-owned construction company based in Sydney's North. We have been in operation for more than 35 years, have a strong pipeline of projects, and have built a solid reputation in the delivery of high-quality projects. We pride ourselves on honesty, quality and transparency. We are a multi-disciplinary firm that consists of qualified builders, project managers, estimators, designers, architects and other professionals, sharing the same passion for design, approval and construction. We believe in design excellence, and that a good home starts with a good design. This comes from the understanding that a house is fundamentally a home that accommodates people in comfort and is in sync with the chosen lifestyle. The design team works together in integrated teams with other departments because they produce the best outcomes for our clients. The increasingly complex projects and client requirements demand a culture built on collaboration, brilliant execution and innovation in design thinking and delivery. Transparency and integrity when dealing with our clients ensure that their interests are at the core of everything we design.
