Recruitment Process

Register your interest by providing the following documents:
- Cover letter
- CV
- Portfolio
If your submission is accepted by HR, an introductory phone interview will be held within the next 7 days with the design manager.
If the introductory interview is successful, an invite for a face to face interview will be sent to you. During this interview, a simple assessment may be requested. The design manager will be present at this meeting.
If required, a follow-up in-person interview may be required. The design manager and the director(s) will be present at this meeting.

Selection Criteria

Successful applicants will have demonstrated the following:

The relevant level of experience (3 years for Building Designer & 1 year for Draftsperson)
Competency in using the required software (ArchiCAD)
Good working knowledge of the BCA and relevant Australian Standards
Applicable knowledge of the relevant State Environmental Planning Policies, Local Environmental Plans and council Development Control Plans
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team cohesively and autonomously
Apply best practices in drafting and construction documentation
Proactive and results-focused
Customer-focused
Attention to detail and innate pride in your work
Right to work in Australia
