We are a well established Sydney operated business recognised as a significant participant in the highly specialised commercial pool and spa industry focusing in servicing and maintenance of hospitals, hydrotherapy, aged care, hotels/resorts, leisure centres, schools and strata complexes along with pool renovations and upgrades.

Recruitment Process

Steps in our Recruitment Process:

  • Application (CV, Cover Letter and any/all relevant documentation including academic transcript etc)
  • Phone Interview with Office Manager (please allow 45 minutes for this process)
  • In-person Interview with Office Manager and Director (please allow 1 hour as we will include an overview of the company who we are/what we do)

The selection criteria

Successful Applicants will have the following attributes:

  • Be of satisfactory standard in MYOB application (we use accountright)
  • Be willing to learn and be engaged
  • Enjoy coming to work each day
  • Being self motivated, organised and reliable

We are very happy to train you in our everyday operations and don't expect knowledge or previous history in the pool industry.

The ideal candidate will be required to focus on ensuring the invoicing, systems, facilities and processed run smoothly. This is a key role within a small team that offer a supportive and collaborative culture where you will have a chance to grow within the business.

Remuneration & Career Growth

  • Gross Salary (dependent on age and relevant experience) will be above award wage for a Clerical /Administration Assistant
  • Superannuation Additional to the above, Meal Break, Annual leave of 4 weeks p/a
  • Based on performance employees may offer opportunity for promotion and salary increase
