Nereids Aquatic Coaching ensures to provide high-quality service with every client. Lessons are conducted in a 1:1 environment, within the comfort and convince of the client's own backyard/apartment complex pools.
The 1:1 nature of these lessons helps our students to overcome any fears they may have of the water in a safe, friendly and comfortable environment, and it allows the progression of students to occur faster than your average swim school.
At Nereids, the consistency of teachers is incredibly high meaning that all your lessons will be conducted by the same teacher. This helps to build rapport with each client and in turn, aid in their trust and progression.
Lessons are flexible - each client is able to schedule their own lessons based on their teacher's calendar. Lessons do not have to be at the same time/day every week, allowing clients to work their swimming lessons around their already busy schedules.
Nereids Aquatic Coaching offer classes all throughout Sydney, from children as young as 6 months, all the way to adults.
In order to apply for the position of Mobile Swim Teacher, please go to our website to fill in our application form. Please ensure you include both a resume and cover letter.
Once the application form has been filled in, the hiring team will contact your referees for a reference - please note that if you have not had a job in the past, we are more than happy for you to put a character reference down in the reference section.
You will then be invited for an interview with the hiring team. Under current restrictions, all interviews will take place via a Google Meet. This interview usually lasts between 30-45minutes.
There will be a range of questions asked during the interview to assess a number of characteristics that we at Nereids believe make the highest quality swim teachers, including but not limited to Inclusiveness, Communication and Enthusiasm.
After the interview has been completed, you will be notified of whether you have successfully passed. If so, we will send you an email with information on the next steps to officially make you part of the Nereids Aquatic Coaching team.
The base salary of a Mobile Swim Teacher with Nereids Aquatic Coaching is $44 per hour.
Throughout your time with Nereids Aquatic Coaching there are a number of teacher bonus that you can earn to both increase your base salary and be awarded some extra cash.
If you excel our expectations, there are always opportunities to progress within our team, including promotion to become a team leader and even higher progression within the company outside of the swim teaching.
