Recruitment Process

Check our Job opportunity and select the Apply now button with your CV and cover letter, including contact details. Let us know what area of Sydney you'd like to work in in the headline - we have positions in multiple locations. A hiring manager will then follow up with a phone call to go over the job requirements and answer any of your questions. Once the paperwork is complete (site induction and HR forms), you can join a crew in the bush the following day!

Successful applicants are motivated, hard-working, and keen to learn and share our passion for conservation work. You will have a white card, be fully vaccinated, and be able to get to the site every day.

Remuneration & Career Growth

The introductory rate for casual regenerators is $26.71 per hour. This will increase after the probationary period upon passing a plant ID quiz in the field. Further increases come with time, further assessment, and taking on of higher responsibilities.

Top talent can become 2Ic's in less than a year, and supervisors in under 2 years.
