NASCA is a 100% Indigenous governed organisation working across the country. We exist to create a proud, prosperous, and healthy Australia where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people thrive. We do this by running structured sport and culture programs that strengthen young peoples' skills, confidence, and cultural pride. We actively engage families and communities to ensure our work is community-driven and sustainable.

Interviews usually consist of two rounds. The first interview is a chance to meet with a member of the NASCA team to answer any questions that are related to the candidate's application and interest in the role. The second is a panel interview that consists of NASCA staff, a staff member of the Department of Education and a member of the Aboriginal Education Consultative Group.

Full-time salary of $65,000 plus super and the inclusion of a $15,000 pre-tax salary sacrifice option.
