Natalie Marie Jewellery is a modern jewellery brand that combines traditional craftsmanship with our own signature style.
Born out of a deep passion for the craft, Natalie Marie Jewellery is centred around the design and creation of modern heirlooms made with the highest quality materials in the most sustainable way possible. We are not trend driven or transient but design to be simultaneously relevant and classic, whilst holding the potential to stand the test of time. We see jewellery as an investment, a long-term staple to be worn and cherished.
We are a family run business and our close-knit team are an extension of our family. We believe in creating a nurturing yet progressive environment, giving our team a place to thrive and develop. We engage with the Responsible Jewellery Council, and are currently completing a Reconciliation Action plan, and regularly participate in fundraising and awareness activities for Yalari & Beyond Blue.
We feel fortunate that our showroom, studio and head office are located just a short stroll away from Avalon Beach, Sydney's Northern Beaches. As our company grows, we're always interested to hear from others that share the same ethos, passion and values.
Applications should include a cover letter and resume, and potentially samples of work dependant on the role.
Generally there will be an initial interview at our showroom with the General Manager, Head of People & Culture/or Department head, which we allocate 45 minutes for. Depending on the candidate pool a secondary interview may be conducted. We like to conduct conversational interviews, allowing the candidate to relax into storytelling their experience and skills whilst understanding more about the business.
For positions in our Studio for the role of Jeweller we will also conduct a 3 hour trial on the bench for those who pass the interview phase. No tools are required for this trial, these will be provided.
