With customisable meal plans that cater to either weight loss (light), maintaining your current shape and wellbeing (regular) or for muscle gain (bulk me up), My Fitness Kitchn are focused on helping deliver Australians the results they've been searching for.

Recruitment Process

Applying for a position with My Fitness Kitchn will involve the below process.

1. Application
We will require a cover letter and CV which includes the information on the applicant's skills and any experience from previous roles they've worked in. We will go through CV's one by one, and identify prime candidates.

2. Screening call
The purpose of this call is to establish whether the applicant is truly interested in the job and (at least) minimally qualified to do it successfully. The phone call will take approximately 10-15 minutes, and the top qualified applicants will go through to the next hiring stages.

3. In-person interview
An interview will take place at our head office in Marrickville where the applicant's skills and abilities will be evaluated with two of our recruitment staff. A list of job-related questions will be used to assess the applicant. These include:

  • Role-specific questions
  • Soft skill questions
  • Situational questions
  • Behavioural questions

An in-person interview will take approximately 20-30 minutes

4. Reference checking
In the final stages of the selection process, we will contact the references of the top qualified applicants. This allows us to receive feedback about their performance from people they've actually worked with in the past, such as former managers, former colleagues or business partners and clients.

Remuneration & Career Growth

The Remuneration package offers to staff will satisfy the minimum pay and conditions of employment under the National Employment Standards (NES) contained in the Fair Work Act 2009 or the minimum wage under the applicable Modern Award or enterprise agreement covering the employee for the employee's classification.

The staff members remuneration will be reviewed annually, and may be increased at the employer's discretion.
