Successful CV applicants should expect to receive a phone call interview from our HR team to confirm CV details and overall motivation for the role. Those successful from the phone interview stage should expect a face to face interview with company directors and HR representatives with a focus on both behavioural and motivational questions as well as highlighting current skill sets and areas of future development.
Successful candidates should expect full-time positions and remuneration which will be based on your skills and experience. These will always be Award or above rates, these will be discussed and reviewed during interviews and at the completion of probation, periods as well as annually via performance reviews.
