Recruitment Process

  1. Recruitment Process:
  • Application with CV and cover letter
  • Phone interview (1-2 days from application, with Talent, Learning & Development Officer)
  • In-person or virtual interview (with 2 senior team members, such as Customer Service Manager and a Team Leader), usually includes behavioural questions and situational assessment

  • Technical competency & computer savvy
  • Ability to absorb information
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Remuneration & Career Growth
