Recruitment Process

  • Application (including CV, cover letter, and academic transcript)
  • Discussion with HR Manager regarding the job description and interest.
  • Invitation to log details on HR candidate portal
  • Phone interview (45 mins) by the Hiring manager
  • Interview loop with 3-4 individual Managers from the hiring team either face to face or by video chat (45 mins each)
  • Interview questions centered around behavioural based questions, seeking examples of past history eg. In a new job there is always a lot to learn. Tell me about the most difficult task you had to learn on your last assignment or in your last job? How did you practice that task? How do you know when you'd got it right? How did it feel to master that task?
  • Personality profile (45 mins) online with Gallup
  • Reference Checks for at least 2 referees
  • Job Offer
  • Onboarding through HR system

Remuneration & Career Growth

  • Gross salary range for graduate would be AUD$48,000 p.a. to $55,000 plus super depending on skills, experience and qualifications.
  • Sales roles include a tool of trade car, laptop, mobile phone, toll pass
  • Sales roles include a bonus and share plan depending on level of role in Company and Seniority
  • Career pathway levels are from Graduate, to Analyst, to Associate, to Senior Associate, to Manager, to Senior Manager.
