We have been operating for over 30 years and focus on delivering exceptional customer service through extensive product knowledge. We have built strong relationships with clients, lending institutions, machinery suppliers and accountants.

As the new Admin/Marketing Coordinator, you will provide support to the Company, as well as clients and sales staff in the form of marketing administration, and event management duties.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating publications and social media: news, LinkedIn group, website, Facebook page including analytics to measure results
  • Assisting the marketing team to manage automation of manual processes to the new Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
  • Design and update company promotional materials (including liaison with graphic designers)
  • Planning and operations of event calendar for clients and staff, eg. Melbourne Cup Day, Diesel Dirt and Turf Expo, Golf Day
  • Stock take of marketing materials and update as necessary
  • Manage supplier invoices and coordinate for payment
  • Maintain and update company organizational charts on Canva for internal distribution
  • Maintain company website content material and ensure website reflects brand values

You will have:

  • Proven ability to work autonomously, multitask (several projects at one time)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to problem solve, take own initiative
  • Well-developed communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Competent in MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe suite preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge and experience with CRM systems – preferred but not essential
  • 1-2 years event management experience – you may have had experience with organizing events at University
  • Passionate and hard working
  • TAFE course in Marketing or similar preferred but not essential
  • Full training provided on Company systems

This position is available for an immediate start. Working hours are 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility is available with WFH and office base.
