We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our busy team to install, train and support our proprietary transaction management & payment platform, access control & cost recovery systems in Libraries, Schools, Universities, Accommodation sites and more.
The role will be based at our Belrose office and will entail providing remote & onsite support to our existing clients, and assisting with the design and implementation of systems for new & existing clients.
Once training is completed flexible work arrangements are available for a hybrid work from home/office setup.
MonitorBM has a major market share of public libraries utilising our Computer Reservation, Facilities & Asset Management platform, Self Service print & photocopy payment via embedded apps, online e-commerce payment platform & point of sale systems.
Our system is also currently utilised by 3 major Universities in NSW, as well as Universities in Canberra, Melbourne & QLD.
Our School solution is a turnkey cash-free payment platform for parents, students & staff to purchase items across campus using monitorBM's online eCommerce shopping portal in conjunction with on-premise cash-free point of sale systems.
Some of the largest student accommodation providers on the east coast utilise monitorBM's self-service cash-free payment platform for laundry payments.
