Candidates will get to experience all aspects of running an architectural practice - from drafting to dealing with consultants, learning about councils, assisting at site visits. client meetings etc. Staff to be working from the office at least 3 days a week. We prefer them to be at the office for at least 3 days, the other 2 days they can work from home if they wish. There are opportunities to learn a wide range of skills that may not be possible in a large architectural firm.
