The strength of the organisation is that employees deal directly with the Directors who have many years of experience in their field.

Candidates will get to experience all aspects of running an architectural practice - from drafting to dealing with consultants, learning about councils, assisting at site visits. client meetings etc. Staff to be working from the office at least 3 days a week. We prefer them to be at the office for at least 3 days, the other 2 days they can work from home if they wish. There are opportunities to learn a wide range of skills that may not be possible in a large architectural firm.

Recruitment Process

  • Lodge you CV, Portfolio and any other relevant information;
  • If selected, a phone or zoom interview will follow with a Director for approximately 20 minutes;
  • In-person interview only Covid permitted;

Selection criteria:

  • Experience in architectural drafting program Archicad 24 is essential;
  • Basic construction knowledge;
  • Basic knowledge of local regulations.
