We are best known for our Montessori aspect of teaching and providing care for families that are working non-standard or variable hours, outside normal child care service hours and the family has challenging or complex needs, including where families are experiencing challenging situations.

Our organisation is only one of a very few companies that are registered with the Department of Education as an In-Home Care service. We are taking on many innovative ideas for families to easily access care through a simple app and also for educators to register with us and allow them to source their own jobs.

Candidates must value our flexibility of working hours and be able to consistently work with one family if they choose to.

Recruitment Process

The candidates will email us their resumes with their qualifications, employment history and other general ideas. Then a phone call to organise an interview will be made. Face to face interview is preferred but where there are health concerns, a zoom interview can also be organised. The interview will be conducted by either our director, Steven Lin or leading trainer, Jeenah An or Jimmy Yang. An introduction to our company, what the jobs will entail and general interview questions will be asked.
Successful applicants will have had organised a training session with us.

The successful candidate will have:

A drivers license and own car (car allowance will be paid)
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or higher) completed or near completion
Working With Children Check
First Aid Certificate
Fully COVID-19 vaccinated
Passion for early childhood education
Willingness to learn
The ability to follow directions
Good interpersonal skills and intermediate computer skills
Strong command of standard English in both written and spoken form
Positive work ethics
Punctual and diligent
Positive attitude
Thirst for knowledge and growth
