Our Technicians bring a wealth of technical skills to the table and thrive on providing the best possible service to our customers. As a Service Technician, you will be the face of the brand for many of our loyal customers - and you'll be ready to work on a range of quality Miele appliances from new through to 10, 20, 30+ years old!

  • Seeks employment in a premium brand with an emphasis on product quality, longevity and sustainability
  • Has an enthusiastic and positive demeanour, thrives on meeting and exceeding targets, and is passionate about product service!

Job responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out quality field service repairs at the customer's premises, and occasionally in our Eastern Creek workshop
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience at all times
  • Accurate and timely completion of necessary paperwork and service invoices
  • Management of van stock
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints in the field within company guidelines
  • Providing exceptional customer service!

Requirements of the role include:

  • Relevant experience and minimum of an NSW disconnect/reconnect licence (full electrical licence would be a distinct advantage)
  • Current and valid full Australian driver's licence
  • Sound technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical fault finding through effective problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid computer skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to squat, kneel and twist frequently
  • Ability to push and pull varying weights

Our ideal candidate will...

  • Be able to drive to varying locations within metropolitan Sydney
  • Work with set organisational targets (KPIs)
  • Genuinely enjoy meeting and interacting with customers
  • Embrace changing technology and work efficiencies
  • At Miele, we take pride in offering our staff a professional and friendly work environment driven by our clear values and behaviours. We offer all staff access to initiatives including a yearly health check and other health activities such as our Employee Assistance Program.
