In 1899, Carl Miele and Reinhard Zinkann started their business with the production of cream separators and butter churns. 1901 was followed by washing machines, bicycles, mopeds and even automobiles. Recruitment Process

  • Phone interview - up to 30minutes with our HR team
  • In-person interview, usually with the State Manager and one or more other members of the Service management team. We will ensure your career goals, technical ability, customer service focus, problem-solving abilities etc are a proper fit for our team.
  • Medical tests
  • Successful applicants are offered a contract.

Remuneration & Career Growth

  • Salary range starting at $71.5k AUD with further consideration given for applicants holding an electrical disconnect, supervisor's or contractor's license. Salaries reviewed annually
  • Provision of fully maintained, late model German made company service vehicle to attend service jobs, with fuel card, e-tag, GPS and many safety features.
  • Provision of uniform, tools, instruments, laptop and phone - nothing required to start up!
  • Training program including Instructor-led classroom and hands-on 12-week training program, including partial product training and admin training, with the remaining product training delivered within 12 months, and extensive on the job field training
  • Workshop duties as rostered
  • Overtime available as the business requires it
