To deliver on our promise, we have pulled together an army of top Merivale talent, including executive chefs Jordan Toft, Dan Hong, Mike Eggert, Ben Greeno and Vincenzo Biondini. During your next visit to the SCG, expect a wide range of Merivale favourites, including Queen Chow, El Loco, Vinnie’s Pizza, Coogee Pavilion, Jimmy’s Falafel wraps, and many more.
Stadium classics have all had the Merivale treatment as well, including hot chips, hotdogs with a little kick, and a glorious pie imagined by bona fide cricket nut and Totti’s executive chef, Mike Eggert - Well bowled Mike.
We are looking for casual team members who are as passionate as we are when it comes to guest experience. This isn’t your regular hospo job, shifts will be seasonal, on-demand and perfect for “Hospitality Rockstars” working on the best experiences that Sydney has to offer.
