Originally a fashion house, Merivale, owned by the Hemmes family has been established in Australia for 45 years. By 1996 the last of the Merivale fashion stores closed and Merivale became renowned for their commitment to Sydney’s hospitality and entertainment industry.

Recruitment Process

Job applications with Merivale typically involve a phone screen and interview or an on-the-job skills assessment. 
Our phone screens are semi-formal and usually take 15 minutes. The purpose of the call is to get to know you and understand your motivations, interest, and level of experience.

Our experience shifts and interviews usually take 1-2 hours and are about introducing you to the business in a little more detail.
