There is a clear commitment to diversity, but these targets have not been met. The firm is clearly looking to improve. The firm hosts events and supports organisations that support minorities and target the issues they face.

I appreciate the firm's acknowledgement and transparency with diversity and inclusion.

Respect to women is shown across the firm with gender parity being a genuine focus and goal. They just recently updated the parental leave policy.
Graduate, Canberra - 29 Aug 2024
While upper management is fairly white male dominated, as you can expect, newer hires are much more likely to be culturally and ethnically diverse. The firm has generous parental leave opportunities, work from home opportunities, and room for promotion.

Improving.

I think they do a good job. They have made a clear commitment to it and in my experience it has been followed by partners and senior staff. I don't feel like anybody is advantaged or disadvantaged in any way.

There are discussions about improving gender balances but it's hard to know how much is really being done. It seems the firm is very considerate for working parents which is great. There is a fair bit of cultural diversity but not reflective of the city as a whole I'd say.

The firm is well represented from a gender standpoint and is clearly looking to improve in a mainly male dominated industry.
