Our recruitment process is pretty simple, submit a CV/Resume detailing all your recent experience, tickets, qualifications, and licenses. If you're a fit, there'll be a quick phone interview to get to know you better.
From there, there will be a face-to-face interview with an operational manager who will chat to you more about the role and what a day in the life of a Marsupial employee looks like.
If you're new to the industry, there'll be a PAID trial. We like to make sure you know what work is really like before signing up.
If the trial goes well, we move you to a permanent role.
We do reference checks on new starters. You'll also have to complete a pre-employment medical.
To be successful in your application, you need to be passionate and interested in the industry. We're looking for people who are committed, showing up to work every day and continuing to learn.
We do ask that people who apply have a white card - that's a pre-requisite. A driver's license, particularly manual is beneficial as well.
Marsupial pay above above the Award rate for all positions.
As you progress through the organisation, your salary will increase. Some roles will come with a vehicle which you can take home.
Career opportunities with us are limitless. If you start as an Apprentice or Trainee you could become a Team Leader (even before you finish your study) from there you could become a Contract Manager or Regional Manager. We also have opportunites "off the tools" in roles like Sales or Contracts Administration.
