Our centre embraces life on the RSL Lifecare grounds. As part of our weekly program, our classes visit some of the care homes and share our love and activities with our Grand friends, an intergenerational program, to relieve their stress and boredom and they have what we don't- time.
We take nature walks, play putt-putt golf, watch our grand friends play bowls, visit the local war museum, and attend ANZAC Day and Remembrance day along with gardening and other activities with them.
Our early year's program really is all about community and what we can all learn together. we are involved with the local community shops and schools are being in a very safe environment, we can often be found in an outdoor classroom somewhere...

We have a range of all qualifications, from Trainees to Bachelor Degrees.

Most staff are welcomed to trial for a couple of paid days, so we can all see if its the "right fit"
there is normally 1 initial interview and then another once trial days have been completed.
Most of our educators are on above award wages, however, we start everyone on their award wage and increase after probation is deemed a quality team member.
