Little Darlings Childcare Centre is a dream come reality for the owners to create a space for children where they could be nurtured, cared for, respected and educated in a beautiful and fun environment. The centre motto is CARE – RESPECT – EDUCATION – AN EXTENSION OF THE HOME. By providing a clean, warm, professional and safe environment with quality staff that work to the highest standard, we've created a space to nurture and invest in children. We also strongly believe in maintaining a close relationship with families and our community. It's these practices that brought overwhelming success to Little Darlings.
The recruitment process is as follows:
Successful applicants will be asked to do a trial within the centre to see how you fit within the environment and to see if it's a place you would like to seek employment.
Successful applicants are enthusiastic, creative, fun and friendly. They also enjoy working within a team environment with a can-do attitude.
Childcare Award is followed with wages, benefits include RDOs for Full-Time staff.
Centre is closed for 4 weeks over Christmas allowing staff to have a break to be refreshed for a new year.
