Recruitment Process

Managed by the Talent Acquisition Team, you will always experience a best in class 'candidate' experience should you apply for a role here at Lion.

Any recruitment process will be role dependent, but a general step by step experience could look like this; 

  • Application - including resume and cover letter (non-essential) 
  • Phone or Video Screening/1st Interview 
  • Aptitude and Psychometric Assessment - taken online and up to 90 minutes to complete 
  • In-person Interview - technical/behavioural based questions meeting with relevant team leaders  
  • Medical and Reference Checks
