They support children, young people and families, people with disability, older people, and people with mental illness. They work with people who are homeless and refugees and asylum seekers.

Here in NSW, their Child, Youth & Families program is a rapidly expanding area of their business. They recruit and provide support to foster carers, provide therapeutic residential care for young people under the Guardianship of the Chief Executive, and also provide mentoring services for young people living in foster care, kinship care, and residential care.

Recruitment Process

Applicants are required to apply online via the link in the advertisement - simply answer the screening questions and upload your resume.  Applicants selected for an interview will be contacted by a Recruitment Advisor to organise a suitable time. Applicants not proceeding to interview will be advised of this by our Recruitment Advisor.

Interviews are conducted online via Microsoft Teams; a face-to-face interview can be organised upon request.

Successful applicants will have a passion for working with Young People, have a sound understanding of strength-based practice and have a trauma-informed approach to their work.
