  • We follow a Steiner, Play and Nature-based Philosophy.
  • We take the children on weekly bush walks.
  • We do weekly bread baking with the children (which we then eat for afternoon tea!).
  • We deliberately have a small group of 15 children per day to ensure we can deliver a quality in-depth program, Rhythm and Routine.
     

Recruitment Process

  • Phone interview: call time is 10 mins.
  • In-person interview with Director & Head of Systems and Process.

Remuneration & Career Growth

Starting salary is at award rate. After probation period and based on performance we will offer an above award rate salary.
