Leor provides childcare under the Government approved In Home Childcare program. They are also experts in early intervention and support children to grow and develop with their NDIS goals.

Recruitment Process

The Leor recruitment process involves:

  • Submitting an application
  • A phone screen with our Recruitment team
  • An online interview via Zoom or Teams 
  • The chance to attend an Observation Session with an experienced Leor Educator to give you a detailed understanding of how the In-Home Care program works, whilst also giving you the chance to ask a Leor Educator questions about a potential career as a Leor Educator.

Applicants who are successful in gaining a role with Leor are passionate about early childhood education and development. Leor Educators are always wanting to upskill themselves to have a successful career in early childhood.
