Leicht in Australia are the only reseller of the German made Leicht joinery. We specialise in the interior design of high end residential projects, and joinery design of kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and other architectural joinery items. Candidates will enjoy a friendly, relaxed work environment with invitations to promotional events and design evenings. Candidates will be trained in European design trends, interior design, detailed joinery design, and Leicht product knowledge. Candidates will get experience in the design process working from taking initial client briefs all the way through to developing installation drawings. Candidates will learn sales techniques, and client management skills.

The next step will involve either a phone interview or in-person interview with the director or project manager. This can be a 30-60 min informal chat about yourself, about Leicht, and about the role.
If you are successful in the initial interview, Leicht may request a second interview in a more formal setting to discuss terms of employment, remuneration etc.

Leicht are ideally looking for a full time employee, however 3x days per week is the minimum. Remuneration will vary between $30-35/hr depending on skill level and candidate availability.
