The purpose of KurrI Kurri Community Services (KKCS) Limited is to build strong and resilient communities.
KKCS Limited is a community-based organisation, that is Not-For-Profit (NFP) and holds registration as a registered Charity. KKCS operates as a Multi Service Organisation (MSO) whereby independent business units (BU) operate diverse specialised services delivered within community.
Having operated in community for over 30 years, KKCS has 7 primary business units that operate independently.
- The Kurri Kurri Centre – OOSH, Vacation Care, Kurri Neighbourhood Centre and Kurri Youth Support Services
- Kawa Allied Health Services
- Kaimana Youth Services – Youth Services
- Odyssey Builders – Home modification for Disability and Aged Care
- Hunter Commercial Services – Grounds Maintenance, Cleaning, Safety Services and Facility Management. (Employer of 75% of people who identify as having a disability).
- Hunter Community Services – Home Care and Aged Care services
