Recruitment Process

The Recruitment Process comprises of the below mentioned steps.

  • Step 1: Application - While applying for the job, the candidate must include their CV & Educational Document: Certificate IV or Diploma transcripts.
  • Step 2: Shortlisting - The hiring managers from the respective division will screen the application and will advise the Talent team on who do they want to proceed with
  • Step 3: Pre-Interview Screening - The Talent Team will organize Pre-Interview Screening discussions with the shortlisted candidate to assess their candidature and role fitment. Interview invites will be sent to the selected candidates.
  • Step 4: Interview: The shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the interview.
  • Step 5: Pre-Employment Check: The successful candidate will have to undergo a Pre-Employment referral check and a Medical Assessment.
  • Step 6: Offer Process:  Provided the candidates complete the Pre-Employment checks successfully, a formal offer of employment shall be extended.

Remuneration & Career Growth

  • Gross Salary: $90000 (AUD) + Superannuation + Fuel Card
