The steps in your recruitment process

  • Application - Please include CV and cover letter. 
  • Phone interview - You will usually receive a phone interview withing 5 working days, it's about 5 minutes, with HR manager. 
  • Psychometric or aptitude test - depends on the position you apply.
  • In-person interview - The interview details are different based on different roles. You may need to have 1-3 interviews and final one will be with Head Office.
