Training and Career Progression:

The Kenex Progression Pathway allows team members to advance their skills and build their earning capacity.  

By putting their studies into practice onsite and learning from industry-leading line markers who can't wait to work with them, successful candidates will begin by supporting the existing experienced team of line markers and team leaders before embarking on their journey to become line markers.  

Types of projects successful candidates can expect to be exposed to: 

  • Large-scale car park construction/upgrades 
  • Warehouse/factory safety line marking 
  • Residential basements 

Work-life balance

The Kenex leadership team understands the importance of balance in life, therefore they work with individuals to ensure rest days are adhered to and shifts are kept to an acceptable length. Overtime, nightshifts and weekend works are available for those who specifically wish to work at these times and to maximise their earnings.
