Our Story

CELEBRATING 30+ YEARS AS LINE MARKING SPECIALISTS

Kenex Stencils was established by Allan P. Roach and his partner in North Ryde, NSW in 1977. They predominantly supplied line marking stencils for the printing industry and later expanded to supply products to timber mills in NSW, Victoria and Queensland.

In 1995 Allan’s son, Warwick Roach, joined the company and founded the line marking division which is now the company’s largest source of revenue.

Since then, Kenex Stencils has established a strong foothold in the NSW market having grown the team (and subsequently outgrowing multiple premises’) to become industry leaders. The QLD branch was established in 2020 and has since moved into its own premises. In early 2022, Kenex Stencils acquired another reputable line marking company in QLD, High Quality Line Marking, which had been in operation for over 10 years, thus allowing for further growth and a commitment to take the Kenex standard and reputation to more parts of Australia.

Kenex Stencils offers:

  • Safety line marking services in factories.
  • Complete basement packages including cleaning, scrubbing,
    line marking and sealing.
  • Safety line marking in shopping centre car parks and schools.
  • Line marking for minor road works, such as bus lanes.

Kenex Stencils also offers a range of line marking related services, such as surface cleaning and preparation, concrete sealing in Sydney and hardware installation. All of Kenex Stencils’ line marking products are RMS approved.

Kenex Stencils specialises in long life line marking products. These are exclusive to Kenex Stencils, giving the company control over quality and supply. Kenex Stencils’ line marking products are highly successful in factory environments and for bike/bus lanes – their products outlast standard line marking paints and have an exceptionally fast cure time.

The reason that so many of Kenex Stencil’s customers come back time and time again for their line marking needs throughout Australia is down to the care and commitment given by the Kenex team at every stage of the project, from estimation through to project completion. Kenex Stencils values long-lasting relationships with its people, clients and industry partners.
