Kakawa Chocolates first opened in Manly in 2008, selling fine chocolate products in Warringah Mall and Manly markets, Kakawa moved to Darlinghurst in 2009 and they continue to operate from their open kitchen where they makeover 150 different chocolate products by hand. Kakawa sources couverture from all over the world and currently uses up to 8 different chocolate companies to make our chocolate and confectionery products, all products are made on-site by hand and are gluten-free, Kakawa has a large range of vegan-friendly products and they don't use any artificial colours and preservatives, Kakawa offers one to one job training in a small friendly work environment where we ensure our chefs don't work much overtime and late nights.
