2022 IT Support Technician null

We are seeking a full-time Support Technician to add to our growing team. 

About You

We are seeking a candidate that has:

• Basic knowledge in and Passion for IT
• Experience in customer service and great people skills
• A NSW driver's license and access to a car
• Have, or be willing to obtain, a NSW Working With Children Check
• Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19

We welcome applications from both qualified and unqualified candidates. 

Key duties will include:

• Support server and networking equipment
• Tackle a range of complex software issues
• Acting as first point of contact for staff and student enquiries
• Prioritising and working on jobs logged via the IT Support Request list
• Completing basic scheduled maintenance & proactive tasks
• Maintaining site IT systems documentation, including electronic, printed and labels
• Adding new equipment and maintaining asset database with any changes (Asset management)
• General troubleshooting and ad-hoc tasks as delegated
• Support will typically be delivered on-site in a school environment across multiple locations in the Sydney area.

Experienced candidates will have the opportunity to become involved in a diverse range of IT projects to suit client needs.
