Recruitment Process

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and committed Diploma or Certificate III Qualified Educator to join the team on a permanent part-time/full-time basis.

The recruitment process will be:

  2. Phone interview: Shortlisted candidate will be contacted within 24 hours for phone interviews;
  3. Trial day: Successful candidates will be invited to a paid trial day at the centre at the end of the interview;
  4. Job offer: Successful candidates will be advised within a week of the outcome of the job offer.

The successful applicant must have the ability to develop and implement educational programs and maintain positive and open relationships with families and children. Sound, practical working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework is highly desirable.

We offer a negotiable salary with a minimum hourly rate as per the Children's Services Award and complimentary uniforms.
We support staff members' pursuit of further studies and there is the opportunity to be promoted to the position of Centre Coordinator.

  • Has ACECQA approved Diploma or Certificate III qualifications;
  • Current working with children check;
  • ACECQA approved First Aid qualification;
  • •Good written and verbal communication skills
