Recruitment Process

There will be a 20-minute phone interview with Jane Thomson
If successful, an in-person interview will be required, with the principal Jane Thomson
If the candidate is successful there will be a trial period of 3 weeks.

A typical successful candidate would be

A willingness to learn!
To be open to, and participate in the behind the scenes machinations of design practice.
Have reasonable CAD skills [ the practice works with AUTOCAD LT]
Exceptional interpersonal skills
A kind and open personality
Good phone skills

Remuneration & Career Growth

Successful candidates will be paid a great hourly fee
On-site learning and guidance
Successful candidates will be on contract
After the trial period ceases a, 6 - 12 month contract will be issued
After the contract of 6- 12 month period is ceased a full-time position may be offered.
