Role duties & responsibilities:

• HSEQ triple certification compliance for JWA
• Undertake audits for the following standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Manage and maintain the record-keeping system for HSEQ documents
• Conduct risk assessments and continually review and manage the risk assessment process
• Ensure incidents and accidents are investigated to identify the primary root cause
• Identify and drive continuous improvement in HSEQ activities
• Lead by example in recognizing and 'Celebrating the Successes' of individuals and Teams for great achievements
• Build a quality, customer-focused ethos promoting a 'right first time, can do' culture within the department.
• Liaise with enforcing authorities in relation to obtaining information, getting clarification, raising a request or lodging a complaint
• Display Symbols and Behaviour's that encourage team contributions in problem-solving
• Keep up to date with new legislation and best practices in the industry
