We have manufacturing capability in Australia, whilst being heavily supported by our global sister companies.

A number of different initiatives are managed on a global basis from Head Office in the UK.

Recruitment Process

Send an application, with a CV.
Conduct a face to face interview with suitable candidates.
Manufacturing factory tour.
If applicant deemed suitable, they will then be put through a screening process, which includes police checks and citizenship status etc.
Successful applicant will be offered the role.

Successful candidates will have a can-do attitude, be willing to work as part of a team and strive for success in everything they do.

Remuneration & Career Growth

Remunerated on a monthly basis, as per employment contract.
People are recognised and rewarded on a regular basis.
There is a formal performance objective review processed six monthly.
