Recruitment Process

  1. Please submit your cover letter and resume via Engineers Australia Job Board
  2. All applications will be reviewed by our Internal Talent team
  3. A member of our Talent team will be in touch to discuss your application and the Graduate Opportunities on offer
  4. Should you be shortlisted; we will ask you to complete psychometric testing
  5. We will be hosting Assessment centres in late 2022 , you will need to attend
  6. Final Interview for preferred candidates
