To express interest in an advertised role, we usually have an expression of interest form where candidates will fill out a simple form or via Linkedin and have the ability to submit their CV and cover letter. In some cases, candidates require to email their cover letter and resume to careers@inventia.life explaining why they would be a good fit for the advertised role. In particular, we would like you to address the following points:
Candidates will be filtered and evaluated by one of our hiring managers and based on that our hiring managers will conduct a screening call.
If successful in a screening, candidates should expect either a video or face-to-face interview with our hiring managers and members of the team you would be working with. In this case, if the position is competitive multiple interviews and reference checks will be required, Furthermore, 2-3 candidates will be shortlisted and be further interviewed and offers will be made for the successful candidate.
