Recruitment Process

Step 1 of the Initial Recruitment Process

  • All applicants must provide a copy of their resume and cover letter to review
  • Upon review of resumes only shortlisted candidates will go through the phone interview process. This helps us get to know the individuals better, understand what they are looking for, and provide information about the company and position itself.
  • Face to face and/or video call interviews will be conducted by the department heads
  • If successful a reference check will then be conducted prior to the offer stage

As part of the selection criteria all candidates must have:

  • a white card and/or safety construction card
  • valid driving licence
  • Trade licence for plumbing, electrical and building works. Please note this is not essential for general maintenance positions
  • must be comfortable to undergo a national police check and a working with children check
