You will learn to identify and make or serve many different iconic Japanese dishes. In addition, you will be exposed to a range of different drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. For a waiter/waitress, the career path is:

  • Waiter/Waitress → Hall leader → Hall manager

For a kitchen staff, the career path is:

  • Kitchen staff → Cook → Chef → Head chef

For remuneration, the wage:

  • starts from 20.33 during training;
  • starts from 22 after training.
