Roof Plumbing Apprenticeship - TAFE Students Preferred null

The role provides the opportunity to not only learn the ins and outs of roof plumbing but allows apprentices to develop into quality tradesmen and thrive within an industry-leading team.

Apprentices of Ideal are able to get in and be an active part of the team, providing crucial support to their leading tradespeople whilst also having the opportunity to manage their own tasks. Spending every day learning new skills while putting existing skills to practice, and consistently improving and finessing those finer details.

You will work with a mix of Labourers, Apprentices and Qualified Tradesmen, meaning there is a great diverse range of experience to learn from. By learning your trade and going through all levels of professional development, you will become a qualified tradesperson, which will not only provide unlimited future opportunities for you, but you will also be an integral role within Ideal, and paving the way for future roof plumbers going through their trade.

We provide ongoing internal training and work closely with your TAFE studies to ensure a well-rounded and accurate learning experience for you. Further, we also frequently upskill our team members by providing external training in areas such as Elevated Work Platforms, Working Safely at Heights, and many more trade-relevant qualifications.

To be the "ideal" candidate, you will be keen on professional development and eager to complete your Roof Plumbing Certificate 3, you will be comfortable working at heights, and hold the relevant tickets (white card, working at heights).
