Recruitment Process

Applications begin with a resume and an optional cover letter being submitted. Once the recruitment team receives your application, you can expect a 15 minute phone interview with the People and Culture Coordinator, who will then discuss your application with the hiring manager. If you are deemed successful, you will come in to meet with the hiring manager for approximately 45 minutes, where you will be discussing your previous experience, your suitability for the role, and your goals.

Successful Apprenticeship Candidates will:

  • Be enrolled in or looking to enroll in a Certificate 3 in Metal Roof Plumbing
  • Have their NSW Construction White Card
  • Have a reliable means of transport
  • Be available Monday-Saturday
  • Have their own tools


Bonus Criteria:

  • Working at Heights Licence
  • EWP Over 11m
