Our volunteer recruitment process begins with getting the word out about the event and that applications to volunteer are open.
The volunteer application form then contains all the details about the event - and the types of volunteering opportunities - along with the benefits and/or rewards.
Anyone who has not volunteered with INH previously will be interviewed by phone (a very casual chat providing an opportunity to get to know each other and also answer any questions).
Volunteer applications are then reviewed and we notify if successful - following which our rosters are done.

However all volunteering comes with recognition and sometimes rewards (depending on the event).
INH also keeps a record of volunteer hours which can be used for resumes / job applications / profiles.
