Recruitment Process

  1. Apply for the position by sending us your CV and a cover letter.
  2. If you are suitable for the position they will contact you via email and arrange a time to speak over the phone. This will be a 30-minute call to get to know you, your transferable skills, your values, aspirations and your interest in the role.
  3. Those suitable for the role and a match to their values and aspirations will be contacted within a week for a face-to-face meeting. Depending on your location this will be either in-person or virtually.
  4. The final stage is a reference and background checks.

The selection criteria: 

  1. Experience, interest, and passion for using multiple social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube) influencing behaviours, actions and outcomes from your audience.
  2. A keen and deep interest in digital and traditional marketing.
  3. Strong self-motivation and self-leadership with an ambitious drive to accelerate your career.
  4. A hunger to learn and proactive in self-development.
  5. Quick learner with digital platforms including canva, adobe, Hootsuite, and activecampaign.

Remuneration & Career Growth

Hunton Executive is a start-up organization so our growth is rapid. As an early employee you will get exposure and experience in broad and deep areas of social media and marketing with the ability to learn, grow, and experiment. 

You will have access to resources and training to support your success in the role through external providers. 

Hunton Executive is a fully remote organization offering a base salary of $60,000 - $75,000 with a yearly bonus determined by the success of the company objectives.
