We partner with a range of training organisations and Host Businesses to create aspiring Apprentices and Trainees in their chosen fields.

Our Apprentices are linked with an HTN Field Officer who will guide them through all aspects of their Apprenticeship, offering a wealth of knowledge and support.

Applicants are required to upload their current Cover Letter and Resume (and any additional documents that you feel would support your application, academic transcript etc).
Candidates will complete a Phone interview with an HTN Recruitment Officer, which generally takes around 15-20 minutes. This will provide you with the opportunity to ask any questions you have surrounding the position.
Shortlisted candidates will complete a Face-to-Face interview with the host employer (within the workplace), you may be required to complete a skill assessment or paid trial at the request of the host employer and will also be arranged by the host employer.
Questions generally asked at the Phone Screen and Interview stage may include; Questions surrounding your interest in the position, skills and experience, behavioural based questions and what your strengths are.
Apprentices are paid on a weekly basis.
Some hosts may offer the ability to rotate within their other locations, gaining as much industry experience and exposure as possible.
