HeliMods Graduate Programs & Internships

  • R&D and Manufacturing

The employment and development of talented, driven graduate and undergraduate engineers is a key pillar of HeliMods' growth strategy. We have employed over 7 graduates and interns annually for the last 4 years as we've doubled our team size, and we only see this increasing going forwards.

Our recruitment process is focused on finding your strengths and passions within technology, engineering and design, and then tailoring a role that enables you to make the most of them.

The work environment is explicitly designed to provide you with breadth of exposure to the full product development lifecycle, whilst also allowing you to focus in on specific areas to develop your skills, deliver value, and make a real impact.

Expectation to perform is high, but so is the support you have access to from a world-class team of engineers and technicians that actively want to enable your growth and success.

The autonomy you have and the ability to influence designs from very early on in your career requires high levels of self-awareness, the ability to continually adapt your thinking, and a strong willingness to take the initiative, so it's certainly not an environment that suits everyone.

However, for those of you that are willing to push yourselves, to use the full extent of your degree (and then a bit more), and have the drive to achieve something great, there could be a home for you here.
